A home inspection can save you money on your investment, by uncovering and identifying areas that need attention and/or repairs.

3. What kind of things does a Home Inspector look for or see?

Although I can't see through walls, I can see and look for the evidence of leaks in attics and other areas of the home. I look for areas of concern whether minor or major, visible or not seen by the untrained eye.

4. What geographical area do you cover?

We are located in Henry co. Ga. so we cover a hour to an hour and a half radius of our location. I've done inspections in (but not limited to) the following counties. Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinett, Rockdale, Newton, Henry, Fayette, Spaulding, Butts, Pike and Lamar.

5. How soon can I get a report?

When I do an inspection, the client receives a nice typed binder report which is printed out on-site with detailed information and digital pictures included in the report. Report also includes referances and referals if required or requested.

6. How long does a home inspection usually take?

An inspection can take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours, depending on the size of the house. I believe in doing a thorough inspection; giving the client my best work. Our motto is Excellence, Honesty and Integrity.

7. Do you do repairs?

Although qualified to do repairs and restorations, I do not do repairs tied to any of my home inspections due to conflicts of interests and moral obligations. We at Frost Home Inspection follow ASHI's standards and ethics.
