Do you know what to look for when hiring an Atlanta home inspector?
If
you are looking for an Atlanta home inspector, you should inquire if he
or she is certified with the International Code Council (ICC). You
will also want to ask if they are a member of the American Society of
Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI holds the highest standards and ethics in
performing home inspections.
Ask
for referrals and ask the home inspector specific questions concerning
your home. A good and honest Atlanta home inspector will answer you with
courtesy as well as integrity and intelligence.
A good inspector will ask you questions about your home and not just when they can get you on the schedule.
